TERMS OF SALE

Article 1 — Purpose
These terms of sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products made on the LUMÉ website between Voos Coraline, sole proprietor registered under SIRET number [pending], and any individual or legal entity (the "Customer") wishing to make a purchase via the website.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of consultation, within the limits of available stock. Each product is presented with its essential characteristics.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms. The Customer receives an order confirmation by email.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of the order, via the payment methods offered on the website, in a secure manner.
Article 6 — Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times are given for guidance only and appear on the product page or during checkout.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to coraline.boutiques@gmail.com before the deadline expires. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with their packaging.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or those made to the Customer's specifications (e.g., custom-engraved jewelry).
Article 8 — Legal Warranties
All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 9 — Liability
LUMÉ shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
Article 10 — Personal Data
The data collected during the order is necessary for processing it. See the website's Privacy Policy for more details.
Article 11 — Mediation
In accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. [To be completed once a mediator is selected — mandatory for any business selling to consumers in France.]
Article 12 — Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
